Multi-user licenses are easily sharable with an unlimited number of users.
Includes 60 minutes of free transcription in ATLAS.ti Desktop + Web licenses.
The Web version supports real-time collaboration, while the Desktop apps support asynchronous collaboration.

What leasing models are available?

We offer two cost-effective long-term licenses:

Annual - Renew automatically and stay up-to-date
3-Year - Pay once for our best price and get all updates

After 3 years, the license converts to an annual renewal. You can cancel anytime.:

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, wire transfers, checks, or money orders. Companies (except resellers), educational institutions, and government institutions can receive their licenses as purchase orders on account.

Please note that when paying by wire transfer, check or money order your product cannot be delivered until payment is received in full.

Purchase orders are only available to corporate customers. We cannot accept your order until we have received written confirmation of your order on your official company letterhead. This will delay the delivery of your product.

Can I get a custom quote?

Sure, simply follow these steps:

Select your desired product from the shop.
In the Shopping Cart, click on “Request Price Quote”.
Complete the form.
The written quote will be available for download as a .pdf document. It will also be sent via email. The written quote is valid for 60 days.

Can licenses be ordered as purchase orders?

Purchase orders are only available to corporate customers such as companies (except resellers), educational institutions, and government institutions.

How does ordering by fax or e-mail work?

Would you like to place your order by fax or email rather than via our shop? No problem.

All orders for ATLAS.ti products and all order-related issues (such as payment, shipment, and refunds) are handled by our sales fulfillment partner, cleverbridge GmbH.

Which version – ATLAS.ti Web or Desktop – fits my projects?

Both ATLAS.ti Web and ATLAS.ti Desktop (Windows/Mac) can be used to analyze qualitative data, and you can choose which one you prefer to use (you can also export your ATLAS.ti Web project and open it in ATLAS.ti Desktop or vice versa). What does concurrent user licensing mean and how does a multi-user license work?

ATLAS.ti licenses are based on available seats, this allows you to share your license with an unlimited number of users, for example, a license of 5 concurrent users will have 5 available seats, if you invite 10 people to the license, only 5 of them will be able to use the software at the same time.

Can I cancel my ATLAS.ti Web monthly subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account at my.atlasti.com or by emailing our sales partner Cleverbridge at cs@cleverbridge.com.
